I have been to other strength coaches and Coach Walker is by far the best! I was 8 months post ACL surgery when I started attending his classes. He helped get my knee stronger so that I was able to play soccer again, and skyrocketed the confidence I had in myself when making cuts and changing direction on the soccer field.
Even after being cleared, I still attend his class weekly. I like how he focuses on strengthening the whole body, not just the injured areas. I really appreciate that he takes the time to come up with new exercises for us to do that are still strengthening the same muscles so that we never get bored of doing the same things every time!
Coach Walker's attention to detail always ensures that we are doing all of our exercises correctly. He not only has helped me with strength, he has also turned me into a way better athlete than I was before tearing my ACL. He's made me the fastest I've ever been, and helps me stay in shape even during the off-season. He pushes me to be the best I can be every single session.
