H.I. Power Performance Mission

To provide athletes and individuals of all abilities:

The means by which they can prepare mindfully for their sport.  The coaching to help them excel routinely and progressively.  The opportunity to rehabilitate and rejuvenate peacefully.  The innovation and technique to maximize and improve athletic performance.  The knowledge and instruction to help limit and prevent injury, both major and minor.  The opportunity to train both diligently and with the zeal it takes to become the best.
